Transportation Policy
Sama Cape Town offers the car service with driver as part of its tourism programs, with the possibility of cancellation or return without any fees if we are notified at least seven days prior to the date of use. In case of cancellation within a period of less than seven days, the company reserves the right to apply cancellation fees according to the approved terms. This policy is considered part of the client's obligations towards the booking, and compliance with it is required to ensure the rights of all parties.
